4 point manifesto to develop:
               1.    education
               2.    development
               3.    infrastructure
               4.    community
Conclusion: It is not a easy plan deliver, but mgr must deliver for the result of employees’ engagement and profit.

2.an experiment about the affected other people
3.importance of different levels of the communication
a.the simply way to make people understand us
b.the way on the phone, we lack the pratise
c.give us the way how we communicate with others
3.give a flow of the supply chain way, and show that there are others thing we could do, and we should be open.
