I think the answer should be A.If consumption is getting much more quicker thatn the production.Imported fule would be necessary again.

In your opinion ,you said if we can find sth in S that could be used to replace the oil ,it will be a great news for S since there will be another fuel could be used to compelement the fuel consumption.The foreign source for fuel will decline soon for sure.

In your logical inference ,you said that if new fuel found ,it must be a fuel which will be cetain to rely on import in the future.How could you get such conclusion?

我也觉得这个取非意思有问题。

C选项其实是无关的.它说只有NAUTURAL GAS可以代替OIL,但是这并没有说NATURAL GAS的consuming是否会超过它的productive,有可能会超过有可能超不过---超过,就不需要进口了.超不过,还是得进口.

对于这种模棱两可的选项很有迷惑性.但是仔细看GWD的题里,很多题目是类似选项,直接就可以排除掉了.

这里原文是讨论说FUEL的使用量和生产工具量的关系,会不会使S进口量减少这么一回事儿.C突然冒出个其他取代不取代这么个事儿,根本就是驴头不对马嘴了.

        还要考虑consumption.

C -- 取非。就说会有另外一种类型的fule可以替代oil,这样就会减少哪个国家的燃料压力。所以只会加强原命题。

D. 取非 building更可以被太阳能加热相对于Oil Gas. 所以不需要那么多Gas, 能源需要量少  不需要进口
