C说通过燃烧产生电的methane会被用来替代一种fuel, 而这种fuel在燃烧时不产生任何温室气体。明显，这种fuel对环境好得多，削弱了烧methane的建议。

不明白为什么C不对？

我怎么觉得that可以修饰subsititute 即methane。C说燃烧methane不会产生greenhouse气体，从而反驳object的说法－产生carbon dioxide.

C关键是focus的地方不对吧，不关心用途，偶觉得 would generally be used as ...还有什么should be 怎样之类...的很可能是迷惑选项，没切中要害

C weakens the proposal by saying that the proposal will worse the condition~

C is wrong~

关于答案 D Methane in the atmosphere is more effective in blocking the escape of heat from the Earth than is carbon dioxide.这个推论有flaw ，忽略了M燃烧产生的C量。
