main conclusion必须是整个文段的核心结论，然而任何一种观点都可以是claim。这道题中Nevertheless, these facts do not warrant the conclusion drawn by some commentators that in the countries with the higher rates of reported whiplash injuries, half of the reported cases are spurious是整个文段的核心结论，main conclusion。clearly以后的话是用来反驳之前的猜测，也就是用来支持核心结论的，所以是个cliam，不是main conclusion。
