如果理解为布料因取消了ban可以从国外进口便宜的原料，从而本国的价格在取消ban之后会降低，就可以削弱

为什么我觉得这几个选项都不太好啊
稍微靠谱点的应该是3吧。。估计是题目不太完整的原因。

不知道E.........我会选B.
因为有ban export，才能造就比其他国家高35%的价钱，高价支撑fashion industry，保住就业率。如果取消ban，产业就会垮掉。可是B说，这个35%已经在近几年低了很多，所以已经没有高价可支撑了，所以取不取消ban不会有太大影响。当然。。。也许E是更好的答案，但我觉得应该不是C.  还求大牛们指点！！


我觉得prep里有道题的逻辑很类似啊，可参考

我感觉这个3完全就是个无关项。。。。。
题干有衣服价格、失业神马的，3里面扯到原材料设备。。。
