The basis for this recommendation is that the teachers in the district of Sanlee assign more homework than the teachers in the district of Marlee do, while, the students in Sanlee are likely to have better performance than the students in Marlee do on examination.Based on it, an additional reason speculated by the arguer in support this argument is that it seems Marlee students have more time to concentrate on individual assignments than do the Sanlee students who have homework every day. However, a close scrutiny about the argument will reveal that several specific evidences should be added in order to make the argument to be more cogent and convincing.
