不走寻常路:长江MBA毕业6年回眸

MBA提供了一个接触更多层面的平台,能否用好这个平台,还要看个人的积极性和修为。

人身攻击没有意思。
辩证地看问题。我相信LZ的发展比大多数的MBA都要好,而且也是一条清晰的职业发展道路,每个人的起点不同,重点自然也不同,关键是在这个过程中自己的收获和成长。作为师弟,我也从LZ身上看到了很多东西,也知道LZ很勤奋,并且做得很好!
作为CK人顶CK是应该的。当然学校时间短还有多种不足,也需要我们后来人慢慢去做得更好。中国经济越来越好,国内也越来越需要了解中国掌握先进知识的管理人员,未来将会有更多的顶级MBA是很正常的,我们应该迎合这个势,并在这个过程中找到了自己的职业道路,就很好,何必非要比个高低不可?又何必把别人说的一文不值,自己装大,才能舒服呢?时代在变化,公司的结构也在调整,而且路是自己走出来的,作为旁人,何不放松心态,鼓一故掌呢?因为无论他人如何,毕竟和自身无关,一时的口舌之快又有什么用呢?不如看看这个过程能学到点什么,是不是能帮到自己才是最有用的。
我看最近板上讨论薪酬的比较多,本科毕业10年的还在讲MBA起薪,还有个别快35的朋友,还在讲跳槽的薪酬,和一群工作3-4年的小朋友比薪酬(还是起薪),怎么都不觉得脸红???30岁以后就不要比薪酬了,30岁以后还讲年薪,本身就是一种失败。心有多宽,事业才能有多大。
身边有一些35已经做CEO(上市公司),40做CFO(上市公司),这才是人生追赶的目标,MBA只是一个起点,未来的路还有很长,好好规划,走向自己的成功人生才是最重要的。这一点,我相信YUAN师兄,一定能够做到,你也是我学习的对象,其他蝇营狗苟就让它去吧。毕竟,我们只是在CD上短暂地擦肩而过罢了,然后各走各路,何必非得分清呢。PS:本人从不定义失败和成功,这句话引字复星系某大佬。某此讲座习得,深受启发。

30岁以后讲年薪咋地了,35岁又咋地了?你不就是早几年读个MBA吗,然后就来定义人生的成功或失败?太狂了吧!

SXF说的更多是起薪吧。。。。

不比起薪可以比很多啊,比薪酬结构呗,比如有股没股啊;比比职业近况呗,比如是不是快可以做Partner了啊;这些不是很多都应该可能发生在30-40岁阶段的么,比这些也挺有意义的嘛,呵呵

长江也开门十几年了吧,至今杰出校友(指mba)只能请出一个律所sales

长江创建至今刚满10年;无论是律所、还是投行或其他企业,客户与业务拓展都是首要任务。
