第二题：
定义2-H ，n为当2n是x的一个因数的最大的非负整数。。中文有点绕我翻不太好 - -
这个题你木有打全吧。。。2）里面啥是一个偶数 照题目意思看那奇数都是木有2-H数的

第三题：
1的反例就是1/16=0.0625
2的话x=1/8,1/4,1/2
