严格意义上的平行，是不是需要介词一样？
比如这题b选项，显然是he cost of running nuclear plants is about the same as that of running other types of power plants更好啊,前后都是of

但是还有一点，Barry说 A选项的比较其实是OK的不会产生歧义，但是会不会有这样的歧义？
1. While it costs about the same to run nuclear plants as other types of power plants [cost]...
2. While it costs about the same to run nuclear plants as [to run] other types of power plants...
other types of power plants 是做to run的宾语 和 to run nuclear plants 比较 还是直接和 to run nuclear plants 。那么就会出现 比较的是两种Plants的运营成本，还是核电厂的运营成本 和 其他电厂的所有成本相比。

这样理解有没有问题？求NN拍砖。

我刚刚也在beatgmat论坛里面看到instructor这么分析了这个问题，但是我觉得不会产生这样的问题。因为很明显的nuclear plants和other types of power plants是平行的，而不是和it平行，所以很明显省略的是to run
