请教OG13 SC107，谢谢各位

本题A,B选项里还有一个小疑惑,似乎大家在这么都没有提到-" A:it is the fixed cost that stem...that makes..../B: the fixed costs that stem from... that makes..."

这两个That连用是什么情况？根据语义似乎都是修饰costs的定语从句，那为什么中间没有and连接呢？OG也没有提到这个错误。哪个NN指点一下？

我一直以为same as要请安全一致，比如cost of nuclear plants is about the same as of the other types of power plants, 看来自己理解错拉，学习了！

OG说D选项有两个错误，另一个是，since it is not clear what stemming from refer to, this is a dangling modifier. 不太明白为什么说stemming from 没有明确的refer， 难道不是the electricity they generate 吗？而那个they, 也是明显refer to 第一句中得nuclear plants. 所以就是refer to the electricity the nuclear plants generate.
求解释！

我自己看懂了，自己回答一下，因为stemming from应该refer前面一整句句意才对。而不是refer to the electricity  they generate. 可是这句看上去像是refer to后者。所以错。

A项是平行的吧 og 对d项的解释，后面两个plants平行 同作为run的宾语 不需要跟it costs平行啊

第一个that是定语从句修饰fixed cost，第二个that是是强调句中的that
