其实此题可以秒杀，前后比较的是costs, 所以前后主语都应该是cotst,主语要平行嘛，直接可以排除ACDE了，这也是在另类地考平行，果然深层次地学好平行很重要。

请问大牛是怎么直接从题目这个混乱的句子中看出这么深层次的平行的？求思路！

13楼分析的在理，但是有个小问题：
“如果从语义来看，我们会发现，这道题想要比较的是cost本身。”由此判断ACD错误逻辑上说不过去，因为后半句才是比较的cost本声，前半句比较运营成本to run也没什么问题的，并不矛盾。

可不可以这样做题：
本题比较cost，while/even though/ whereas/but都是表转折，需要平行，因此主语都应该是cost去掉de;abc中ac用强调the fixed costs,没有必要，去掉ac，选择b

B与D都用了for, 可OG只说D中的 for is redundant in comparing the two objects of "run"，那么我们来对比一下BD

因为B中比较了the cost of running nuclear plants 与( ) other types of power plants. 可以用that of running也可以替换成for.

而D中是It costs about the same 什么成本相同呢？ to run nuclear plants 和 other types of power plants，可以看出来是比较两个动作，to run X and (to run) Y, X和Y在这里作宾语，直接跟run, 所以用for是多余的。

而B中，我们如果把for 删去， 就是比较了the cost of running nuclear plants与 other types of power plants，是不对称的。因为这是在比较两个名词， the cost of running A 和 the cost of running B相同，所以若想把the cost of running省略，for是必不可少的。即： the cost of running A与 the cost for (running) B

我分不清A和B选哪个的时候 就想不能乱改原句的意思啊 把修饰动作的改变成修饰物的 于是选了A

能不能说说我这里的问题？
具体那些在哪错了我都清楚了，但是在这个改原句意思上我有一些迷惑。
