Doing physical exercise is a much better opinionoption to relax compared to watching a movie or reading a book. So, I disagree that movies and books are more effective and necessary way of relaxation. In fact, people are suffering more serious illness nowadays than before for lacking of physical activities. Furthermore, doing exercise is a wonderful method to decrease pressures stem from hard working or studying. In other words, people need to maintain a balanced body which allows one to have a balance mind on top of it. Of course, the best way to achieve a balanced body is to keep a regular session of exercise.

First of all, doing daily physical exercise has long-term benefits, such as reducing the risks of contracting many diseases, especially obesity and heart problems. In present-day society people are facing the challenge of severe health problems. This is mainly due to unhealthy diet and irregular lifestyles. Most office workers used to eat in fast-food restaurants and intake lots of oily food or sugary food. And university students usually stay up late for studying or even playing computer games. A generation of coach potatoes has also been emerged along with the invention of TV set. All these lead to a situation urging to be solved. Under such circumstances, exercise regularlly is really helpful.

Secondly, doing physical exercise helps release a person from the heavy pressure. Nowadays, most people are becoming a sedentary society and exercise is becoming less and less part of our daily lives due to the extensive competition and burdensome pressures.The office workers, like the leader, will take unpredictable risks on dealing with the affairs within the group in his(their) own way. And any wrong decisions can lead to great loss under which he will lost his position and reputation as well. His health would easily breaks down if all the pressures accumulate to certain degree. Thus, the best choice is to doing regular exercise activities after work, like playing squash, can help him relax and relieve the pressure from work. As you can see, it really works.(感觉这里的这个结束语不是很好)

Furthermore, physical exercise can improve blood circulation(这里指的是提高血液循环?只是不知道用的对不), speeding up the supply of nutrients and oxygen to every part of the body. Also, it can promote the ability of digestion and makingeour stomach stronger. Another important point worth mentioning is that it can make one become a quick, perceptive and clever person. In a word, physical exercise not only keeps people fit and strong, but also makes their life more colorful.

All that I have said above boils down to the conclusion that doing physical activities is a better choice than watching a movie or reading a book. Therefore, let us spare some time to take an active part in gyms in order to keep a healthy bodystay fit and healthy

1.luna 这篇的字数到了500多,写的真多,很好额,而且逻辑很清楚;

2.里面的小问题就是,例子和论点之间的衔接不是很自然,显得有些生硬;

3.有些词和短语的应用显得是有些中国化了,和我一个毛病哈。

The reading passage concentrates on the issue of whether forming a team can be the best way for companies to perform a project.The professor in the lecture also deals with the same topic. However, the professor is skeptical about the ideas of the reading passage.

First, the author in the reading suggests that teams of people can move more quickly. On the contraty, the professor argues that it will take a long time for team members to reach concesus by attending many meetings about how the project would move along.

On top of that, the reading passage describes that responsibility spreading declines the risk which could lead to creative solutions. Howeverm professor asserts that the influencers always impact on the whole team. When those influecers said the idea might never work, it was quickly dropped without further discussing. Also, when a plan was convinced by some influecers of "high creation", even thouth it was might not work, the warning members were ignored by others. Futhermore, when the idea was proved to be wrong , all members should under the blame.

Finally, the professor disproves that some team members didn't contribute much at all  while the author states that it is very rewarding for members in a team. The professor proves that those "free ride" members also got benefits from the team while the real contributors rewarded no names be named. And the contributors were just opposited of reading prediction.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
The most important investment for a company is to spend money to improve the work skills of its employees.

Have you ever felt lost at sea  when you joined a corporation as a freshman? Have you ever wondered which form of working paper is standard? Have you ever worried about how to start your new project? If you have had such experiences, you would also agree that it is the most important investment for a company to spend money to improve the work skills of its employees.

Compared with many un-experienced young people, trained employees could bring more benefits to companies. The company can run more effectively and efficiently  with those trained people as well. This is because that those people could adapt to the fresh environment as soon as possible and also know how to deal with things in appropriate methods. For this reason, the fewer influence would impact on the whole company which can still run normally.  Also, trained people make less mistakes which probably could destroy enterprise with numerous loss. Another point which worths mentioning is that it also benefits to the economical efficiency of scale.

Futhermore, skilled employees can enhance the enterprise competitive power of  a company. As we all known, with the development of science and technology, more and more companies are founded, which lead to fiercer competition among them. In this particular circumstance, the success of a company depends largely on the enterprise human capital. However, where to employ so many excellence workers? Only most ordinary employees left. If a company spend more money to improve those common but hard working workers to be skillful. The competition of a company would definitely increased. You see, it's really improtant for training workers.

Admittedly, the demerits also emerge after training those employees by large amount of investment. Someone may believe that they have learnt everything and strong enough to choose a better vocation, which lead to the gigantic human loss of a company. However, this situation is just particular cases and depends on the corporate culture. If the culture subdue every worker in the company, they will enjoy it and love it, also want to stay here planning their occupation. Anyway, I will still insist on my opinion.

All in all, though human loss may contribute to big loss of a comany, the high efficiency and increased competition benefits the company a lot. In addition, outstanding corporate culture will also hold the employees. Thus, I absolutely agree that the most important investment for a company is to spend money to improve the work skills of its employees.

Both of the author and professor explore the issue about whether the painting-Portraint of an elderly woman in a white bonnet-was a work by Rembrandt. The writer says that there are several problems doubt it. The professor, on the contrary, insists that it proves to be paint by Rembrandt recently and totally against all the problems mentioned by the author.

First, the author in the reading passage suggests that the woman dressed inconsistent in the painting with a fur collar and a white linen cap and this would not be the mistake made by Rembrandt. However, the speaker declares that the fur collar was not part of the original painting by X-rays and analysis of the pigments in the paint, that is the collar was painted over the original one after about a hundred years maybe in order to increase the value of the paiting. Therefore, this directly disproves its counterpart in the reading material.

Futhermore, dispite the statement of the reading passage that the light and shadow of this painting do not fit together, the professor claims that the original painting would be perfect, removing the added fur color. And the simple light-colored collar reflects light leading to the face without shadow. Accordingly, this is another point where experienced the contradicted theory.

Finally, the professor asserts that the wood panel with several pieces of wood glued together was not the usual way by Rembrandt while the author states that the wood panel was also added to make the painting more grand and more valuable. What is more, the original piece of wood is form the very same tree as another painting of Rembrandt. Consequently, the last point is rebutted.
