A选项的话，就算没有其他工业发展会构成湖水污染这后半句成立，也无法解释原题提出的pipeline问题啊，怎么能随随便便就把它apart掉了呢~

而且和结论“因此，用了这种新技术（可要注意这个技术都是和pipeline相关的），担忧是不必要”的根本都没有关系，可以一眼就排除掉
