突然一个念头在脑袋一闪，貌似懂了。B说M现在员工不擅长做TX，那么M还是可以像A中借助转包合同去找人做TX喽，这样不影响M公司lay off自己的员工。。。所以没有weaken到。。。不知道是不是这样理解？！

非N 前阵刚总结过 贴一下自己的理解哈。。。

1、因为缺order 所以lay off workers
2、因为TX增加order 导致Z减少同等order --导致order 不变
--conclusion: 因为order 不变（也就是说还是缺order） 所以lay off workers

A: Z的都是外包工人 即不是公司本来的工人 相比TX来说
TX的外包工人少 给本公司worker的order多 所以就不用lay off 了
B:无关 TX的工人精通Z的制造。  回看逻辑链【 因为缺order 所以lay off】 你精通不精通 我还是缺order 你再精通没活可干我也开你。。
