我觉得参考思路写的还可以呀~

总的观点是：基本同意，但是要注意隐私的保护和成本的控制。

【同意点】1 provide information specific time and space, the number of criminals, and characteristics of the suspects. enhance the efficiency and productivity

                 2 deter crimes criminals will not rashly commit the crime at the risk of being recorded. ：

【反驳点】1.the privacy of the public

                2 the cost is paid by taxpayers
