我觉得C削弱了论点。因为现在乘公交的大多数人都没有私家车，所以私家车进城费上涨政策影响不到他们，也就是说，这个政策不会使交通得到舒缓。
B我觉得也没有错，但是C肿么就错了呢。。。很多人都没考虑C，把它当做无关选项。。是不是我思路有问题啊。。
