I want to sublease my room in a 4-bedroom apartment. Rent: $375/month including internet and cable. Utility is about $40-$50/month depends on your usage. My apartment is at Capstone quarter and it is very convenient to take a bus to school. (to engineering side is about 7-10 mins, to business instruction facility is about 12-15 mins).
