这道题 其实 是一道削弱题的变形。 削弱出口量会增加这个结论的。
答案 的意思是 因为国内经济快速发展，汽车拥有量增加（增加的车会消耗更多的石油》新开发的油田所产的油被增加的汽车消耗了），所以就不一定会有石油可供出口。
你选的那个  新油田和旧油田一样高产 其实是加强了 出口量会增加 这个结论的，
