Q1: Most Michigan interview questions are typical. You can refer to CD's collection of Interview tips.

Q2: Go to http://www.businessweek.com/bschools/mbainsider/mockinterviews2.html. There is a fresh info about preparing Michigan's interview.

Should the official GMAT and TOEFL scores (from ETS) reach Michigan in time for my application to be evaluated   Or will the self reported GMAT and TOEFL scores be sufficient for evaluation purpose?

I think it is much better that you send the official ones in in time. While, if you really can't make it, tell the adcom, they probably will evaluate your application based on your self-reported scores.
