I would like to ask for your opinion on application of real estate programmes.
I have a civil engineering degree as yours.
I would like to know if the civil engineering degree is relevant to real estate development programme.
Since civil engineering is relevant to infrastructure degree and technical structural design.
For real estate development, it should be related to property development, building construction and real estate finance. It seems that the candidate with architectural degree, finance and economics degree may be more appropriate for real estate development.
Therefore, what sort of job is suitable for the graduate with civil engineering background upon completion of master of real estate development programme.?
