C答案给出了其他的原因：靠亲戚朋友给钱---->没有formal plan的找到更多钱
所以实际上是给出了其他导致没有formal plan也能找到钱的原因，削弱了formal plan没用的可能性，所以选C答案。

個人直覺選C，因為D說他們都做更多research,感覺沒有論據。所以C比較符合...雖然解釋不出來為啥。 弱弱的問一句，GWD是什麼？
