只有论文是不会骗人的。 其他什么的都是糊弄外行人，尤其是学术圈里的半桶水的人。

你根本没理解我的意思，即使他发在marketing的journal上面，也是management的东西，citation比发在marketing上面的marketing paper自然是要高很多的。

当你的评价标准得到了非常傻逼的结果的时候，你就应该知道，你这个标准纯粹就是垃圾了。

Even if you consider only papers in marketing, his citation is the highest among chinese scholars.

Is he the best among Chinese? That is debatable. I am only saying that there is a metric which makes him look good.

如果是别人排的，有公信力，吹一吹无可厚非。如果是自己排的，但很严谨（UTD）,吹一吹也就算了。大家笑一笑还是很尊重的。 Song的排名本质上是数JPIM上谁挂名的论文最多。他的学生排了一次在JPIM这个B期刊的灌水数量排名，之后他就一直自吹自己是INNOVATION 领域世界第一。

Agree that ranking is noisy but it is an easy way for a lazy man. Reading paper is more time consuming.

MWP人品也不大好， 有些小心眼。比LUO差很多。 但MWP还是有一定学术功底的。

你可以去问MWP怎么看SONG, 估计他笑而不语。

你对zhang的评价有些高，chen的评价有些低。

Song 给CHITAGUNTA和RAJU擦鞋都不配。

如果按武功来分，CHITAGUNTA是少林寺扫地僧吧。JOHN Zhang相当于少年王重阳，带的徒弟不少达到了全真七子级别。Chen 和 Sun 武功不凡，做丐帮九袋长老没问题，足以在江湖杨威立万。

SONG连灵智上人都不算。灵智还会个大手印呢。SONG非常像裘千丈，靠着一手瞒天过海的伎俩四处招摇撞骗，谋财骗色。

你呀，就会纸上谈兵，看到他title上面有marketing和发了几篇marketing的paper就觉得他是marketing的人，真是笑死人了，你去问问你列的2-6，谁会承认这个松麦可是做marketing的。他就是management的，在marketing上面灌了几篇水而已，而management的东西受众面比marketing广很多，所以paper向来citation都比marketing的高的多，没有几篇citation超过500的都不好意思跟别人打招呼。所以你的结论，纯粹的endogeneous。按照你的方法marketing里面基本上没人能跟松麦可比了，chintagunta和raju都不如他，你信吗？
