题目的逻辑是：因为只有非常少的工人赚的比新的最低工资低，所以提高最低工资到一个新的水平，是不会导致通胀的。
题目要求weaken

C：weaken，虽然工人无所谓，但是trainees的这部分并没有被Opponents考虑到啊。这是一部分赚的可能是在最低工资附近的人，最低工资水平的升高对这部分人是很有影响的。

A无关
B法律无关
D是加强
E也是加强，既然现在的最低工资都已经不足够生活了，提高最低工资更加不会导致通胀了

其实削弱题只要针对的是premise,只要找准premise答案就不难得出；
这题premisenly a very small proportion of all Kirfandic workers are currently receiving less than KD5.50 per hour
答案起到削弱这句的作用就行，Ｃ说了trainees这一类人是premise没有考虑到的，所以削弱了结论
