后来我仔细看题目的问法是 In the hunter’s argument, the boldface portion plays which of the following roles?

大家注意，如果是猎人的观点中，自然不可能说自己是罪魁祸首的，显然他的观点是黑熊，因此答案应该是A，ETS好黑啊，做题目时候要看清楚的。

这段话的目的不是为了解释一个发现：a finding that the argument seeks to explain.
目的是反驳huters alone are blamed for the decline.....
显然hunter的结论是：black bears have also played an important role in this decline。这句话后面的都是对这句话的解释

大家从整体上理解一下就看出来了。

为什么不是B啊？对一个结论的反对不对吗？我犹豫了好半天，才在A和B里面，挑了个错的,每次都这样，只要犹豫时间长的，挑出来的都是错的

 题目黑体部分：Yet clearly, black bears have also played an important role in this decline.

说明hunter并没有反对yet前面的说法，只是补充了另一个可能的因素。所以B错。
