我觉得应该是D,首先：要尽量不改变原文的意思，原文比较的重点是economy, with是伴随的。而且with sth. that从句我看前面的讨论有人说这样太繁琐了，这种表达方式绝对是可以的，这可以参见OG-205的内容：with crests and troughs that remain stationary。。。不就是正确的么？

而且我觉得未划线部分是employment rate与三个国家比较用的就是单数啊，即that of ....，那么economy是不是也应该用单数呢？且省略一般是对的，但是并不能说不省略就必错无疑啊。。。



个人认为，“with+n.+that从句”相当于“with+n.”，这个结构与with引导的独立主格结构是不同的

独立主格结构实际上是有主谓结构的，所以修饰的是前面的整个句子或者说是某个动作

而with+n.结构则一般就近修饰前面的n.，例如你说的OG-205：the resulting flow pattern, with crests and troughs that remain stationary although the air that forms them is moving rapidly, is known as "standing waves."这里的with crests and troughs that修饰的是pattern，而非独立主格结构修饰整个句子

由此，本题D选项的“, with the unemployment rate that has remained ... ”倾向于修饰Germany或者the economy of B, F, and G，不符合逻辑

with+n，没问题的。D的问题在于unemployment rate 的逻辑主语是Dutch economy。

另想问的是：A里面的or为什么不对啊，这个有什么讲究

结合prep和这个帖 想了很久 说下我的结论

首先With+n+定语从句是不能作独立主格作伴随的（确定，prep原文），所以191Dwith引导的结构应该是就近修饰最近名词German(存疑) 显然awkward，193E是引导的同位语，起码没有触犯明文规定，暂且可算独立主格。

但其实191题考得是and和with用哪个的问题，and表并列，with表主从间强烈的逻辑关系，显然经济增速与失业率无强烈关联，用and介绍两个并列事实较为合适。

而193的开头as与意思提醒我们主从间是因果关系，所以with的独立结构很恰当，要解决的只是逻辑主语对不对的问题。

太多解释的太偏了，是不是独立主格，还是其他什么这不重要 ok?

1. economy会有歧义，应该是economies，但是如果是代词指代只能是that of，这也是代词指代的限制，或者用that of a, b, or c,会好些，而不是 that of a, b, and c
---》这是此题的解题关键，不要过多解释with，GMAT中几乎没有可以靠comma+with直接来判断结构对或者错的语法题

2. with+n. 请注意 with unemployment rate that和with the unemployment rate that两者的区别，如果加上特指the，意思变为“荷兰经济增速快，主要体现在失业率低”，非特指的意思是伴随”荷兰经济增速快，伴随着失业率低的现象“，当然非native speaker很难分清两者的区别，就像分不清何时该使用完成时一样
