B只說了a shopping mall likely to draw shoppers ....is about to open,並沒有說明他的開幕一定會使Aroca 的sales量增加.....

我們怎麼知道mall的開幕一定會使sales增加呢?????

选项是比较着得出的.有时没有绝对完美的选项

大家关键注意问题是说“不会减少”，而不是变为sale tax好不好。即使propery tax以后会减少，也不见得现在sale tax不会减少。

问题的核心在于要增加sales tax，但是学生家长开始缴税，不也是一个增加途径吗？

而且d用了singnificantly 来表示数量的大，b中只有说一个商场能吸引sales的增加，难道一个商场就能支撑给学校的钱吗？相比之下，d不是更加有说服力么？

而且注意到b说可能招徕更多顾客，d是肯定的语气--这些学生家长是肯定要交税的。

但是 这道BF题目给出了很多 条件，“Several large retailers ”而在GWD27里面，B选项只说了one shopping mall。没有代表性吧。

                                  因此未来retail sales会变多，3%的retail sales 出来的总数也会变多                                  

 

1. a significant proportion of parents of Aroca
                           County public school students do not own their homes and consequently do not pay property taxes

 

 题目说3%的current retail sales比原来property taxes少，有点在暗示现在这个镇的人消费能力有限，

               虽然支持D项的前人说，父母亲不用付property taxes但是得需要买retail items，

               不过无法证明，未来消费能力就会增加
            => 导致给学校的钱不会减少，因此D项还蛮无关的
