The Chinese leaders have realized the culture soft power has played an important role in the process of the development of our country’s power, so there is a summit held in Beijing which most of leaders in communist party take in part. Concerning of the recent evens happened in Foshan, Guangdong Province (a little girl was run over by two cars subsequently while eighteen passers showed ignorance and no one provided emergency aid ) and in Shandong Province (a man who exposed the corruption in local government was sentenced several years in prison and after being freed ,he is still under the surveillance of the local government and until recently, his daughter is allowed to go to school ), both these events triggered sever debates and suspicions of the moral level, and what can not be overlooked is the role of internet played in making exposure of the events to public, and what is ironic is that while the events occurred, our government was claiming that the construction of morality in our country had achieved unprecedented progress.
