Q27: I think choice A 's problem is "That" causing confusion, according the approx. principle, that seems to modiy imprisonment instead of law

     Also I think in A there is no confusion about "it", cause A's use of "it" is exactly the same as D's use of "it"

这种that,this those,these单独出现一般都不对吧，而且这里that可能之competiiton,或者 livestock raising，意思上应该指后者。

"that" in A seems a representation the forer part of this sentence.

But no word can represent a sentence except "as" in GMAT.
