toward themselves as an identifiable group;关键在这儿: eventually, Randolph helped to weaken organized labor’s antagonism toward Black workers.加上后面which had historically barred Black workers from membership,实际上是表达了一种对黑人工人的态度转变的感激。所以觉得他们skepticism虽然是一个obstacle,但是还是understandable. right???
