哦哦 是指dutch economy 不能是unemploy rate 的逻辑主语，逻辑主语应该是dutch这个国家是吧 谢啦

d项 我觉得 首先Economy要复数，二是with要慎重使用，the unemployment rate 的主语应该是一个国家，而不是一个国家的经济。
比如： China's unemployment rate 而不是 Chinese economy'sunemployment rate
