Discribe a situation that the wealth will pay more taxes, and there r 2 ways: good way and the bad one
set an example in some developed countrise in Europe, they raise tax rate for the rich, and in America, the rich may pay lower than the common, then give an example of Buffet. and the code can not fix up the situation, which Obama hs to face, and cann't solve the problem by cutting spend.
But the methord can also hv its good in 3 ways:
1,cutting down the spend cann't solve the deficit, and raise the tax rate on the wealth maybe help;
2,an argument about the less-off ;
3,raising the rate maybe not a good choice, but make the tax code more efficient can be better. then give an example of the Europe to illustrate that it can raise the contries' revenue by this method, meamwhile don't hv to face the risk of economy.
