5.AA： 1.12% increase may not mean swimming pool achieve success--> other places have 20% increase. 2.the pool opened in the summer---> that does not mean it will be popular in other seasons. 3.the only center may not mean it will gain advantage--> this may reflect the people here do not like activities, so there are no other sports center.
