So DR.. wants to block TGF by using MED12 to solve the problem, but MED12 interfere other effective medicines. the work is a long process.
There has been a new drug X as a treatment for a certain kind of cancer.
However, like many other treatments for cancers, its effect does not last long. As known, cancer cells can be repressed for only a period but start to mutate new cells that cannot be blocked by X.
Scientists are eagerly trying to figure out a solution to the resistant mutations. RB in Netherlands Cancer Institute has run some tests to find out why mutations appear after a while. And he came up with some crucial findings using hairpin.
RB found MED 12, which reduces the sensitivity to X and thus stops the effects of X.
He also found other two mutations of genes that helps MED 12 to work.
Moreover, he found out that TGB beta 8 is responsible for mutating the surface of cells thus making the X useless.
Other 3 groups have also gain progress in the same field. These are only experimental results that needs to be applied to clinical treatments. Once they are altered to fit clinical treatments, the effective period of other drugs(I and T for lung cancers, Z for melenoma and anN for spleens(?)) can also be prolonged.

One of them is called MED-12 from 20000 combined RNA genes, and such molecule can actually resist the tumor genes although it may not stopped its growth. And the other two also help to treat the lung cancer. - The finding of MED-12 from Dr. Bernard is just Vanguard, but there are another three groups of scientists in Boston also follow this experiment, and their findings are also meaningful, they claimed that this molecule might solve the problems of cancer which has been encountered for a long time. - The experiments are still ongoing, certainly there will be more failures, so there will be a long way to go.
