BCG research shows that different kinds of companies have different outcomes.
The successful companies can always associate greenery with public-relations.
4. The views on this growing pattern
some people think that it is the conspiracy of western developed countries. others think ....
conclusion: fears are overblown. Every country needs greenery now, otherwise it will become lucrative if resources are limited.

- The world population will raise up to 9.5B in 2050, so the world starts to pursue greenery. BCG studies on the emerging companies which are pursuing greenery as successful examples.
- The study has found that many companies make profit with combination of greenery, they reduce their cost and save their energy. For example, an Indian's cement company...a Phillipine company uses air-cooling rather than water-cooling. A Chinese company also uses the waste of building heat to generate its machine.
- Many companies also encourage their employees to come up with new energy-saving ideas, and for these employees, they will get bonus at the end. Indeed, most good ideas come from the employees rather than the employers.
- Also, besides these efforts, many companies also have the partnership with governments in order to avoid the unreliable supplier. For example,a company has a partnership with government... M. organizes the carpenters and provide service for poor furniture buyers.
- Does the green make company successful or the other way around?
Some people believe companies are making profit because of the pursue of greenery, while other believe the companies make greenery more successful. People argue that the developed countries become developed because of the industrial revolution, and the air becomes pollutant, but now these countries asking others to stop and keep greenery. The greenery strategy will become more profit when the energy is scarce.

1、the environment is under strain. the population is significantly rised and souses seems can not afford the growing population. so some policymakers find out some methods. but they depend on the needs of West, not the whole people. some successful companies doing things to make growth more sustainable.
