我想请问各位：2中的描述我理解的是50%*200 可是答案是50%*60.为什么啊？如果按我的理解 应该如何英文表述呢？

第一个条件说的不是200个人中的50%啊，好好看看句子结构，是那些说有LOANS的人中的50%。也就是200*30%*50%
