我觉得A没有提到RenCO，而且提到了一个不相关的概念-中风。。。
题目中说到
since high cholesterol left untreated for many years leads to conditions that require very expensive treatment.
要很多年后才会有一个昂贵的治疗，所以E中说雇员在R时间短（many years后的治疗不关R的事了），所以R不需要这些费用。
