就是说以前查到有阑尾炎的【症状】就直接切除，但是20%都是不必要的（可能不需要切除）。现在新技术降低的不必要的比例，仅有2%。结论是用这种技术可以【避免不必要的】切除但同时【不会降低正确的】切除。

B的意思是误切的2%都是不需要的 这样来说从20%降到2%满足结论前半句，而同时由于没有漏掉必要切除的 所以没有降低需要切除的情况，符合结论however后的内容
