出于好玩解了一下, 应该是 A。 若不对，还请大师们指正。

做个 matrix, 有 8个variables

Local Comedy(LC) X2/X1
Local Drama(LD) Y2/Y1
Foreign Comedy(FC) A2/A1
Foreign Drama(FC) B2/B1

题目中 statement 可得公式:
x2/x1=a2/a1<y2/y1=b2/b1 (这个后面会用到)

(x2+y2)/(x1+y1) > (a2+b2)/a1+b1) 根据这个公式推导， 替换相等项，最后可得出1的结论。

这个题关键就是最后一句 “the acceptance rate of drama and comedy in our country is the same as that in foreign countries, respectively.” 迷惑性比较大，貌似增加了很多需要比较的量，其实这句基本是无关的。

举个例子来理解一下：
中国境内上映的电影都要先送到文化部审查，通过了才能播。这个审查不管你是国产的，还是进口的，都执行统一标准。而且采用一个很弱智的处理原则：
1、如果你送来drama，统一只允许40%的通过审查。
2、如果你送来comedy，统一只允许60%的通过审查。
然后国产电影和进口电影各自送了drama和comedy共100部去审查（其实国产和进口的总数不同也可以，因为绝对数量并不影响比例关系，因此e废了），结果最后国产的电影总共通过了70部，而进口的只通过了50部。

说明神马？国产送的drama比例小，所以拉高了总通过率；而进口送的drama比例大，所以杯具的比较多~ 得到答案a，排除c

但是注意哦，由于上面的数字都只是按照题目的要求的相对关系随便给的，所以并不能判定大多数的国产或者进口电影是drama还是comedy，因为只要保证总通过率是国产的高，具体数字可以随便改。比如还是各送100部，但是国产只送了10部drama，而进口送了20部drama。最后得到的结论还是一样的，国产总通过率依然高。但 Most of films in our country就明显不是drama啦。反过来也一样。所以b和d都废了~

条件2：the acceptance rate of drama and comedy in our country is the same as that in foreign countries, respectively；注意respectively，在外国，也是comedy比drama通过率高，而且它们的通过率分别和国内一样。
根据条件2可以排除 A 和 C 选项

条件3：the acceptance rate of domestic films is higher than that of foreign countries；在国内，国产电影通过率高

假设送检的国产电影中comedy和drama的比例 与 送检的国外电影中comedy和drama的比例一样，那么他们合起来总的通过率就是相同的，不符合条件3
那么什么样的情况能提高国产电影的通过比例呢（相对国外电影），根据条件1，增加comedy在国产电影中所占的比例，或增加drama在国外电影中所占的比例，都能达到目的。
