个人感觉，逻辑链是fly time->pilot error->crashes, 所以C跳过了前一个因果关系，而D把这个补出来了

本人觉得C项目太绝对化了  D项目比较严谨  如果按照C的话  只要actual就可以了   而事实上是两者都要的
