as to be capable of doing 哪个好呢？

as to be able to do 要好一些.表示的是能力. as to be capable of doing 则表示的是可能性吧.

B中的who needs，和后半句 the nautical archaeologist needs 不平行啊。所以应该是C。need都是动词

其实那题你没注意viewed from也能做出了。你看后半句的比较是remote objects。那么主语也是object。如果是比较速度的话，后半句就会改为than that of remote objects
