This is a three bedrooms apartment.  The landlord love to pick those who are clean, respectful, friendly, no parties, no smoking, no pets, nice and quiet chinese girl students only.

About 2 min walk to the BC shuttle bus at Chiswick Rd as weel, FREE RIDE TO BC, ( you will save 4.00 a day )
Large bedrooms with hardwood floors and eat in kitchen.
Laundry in building, street parking. convenient to supermarket, library.
ALL ROOMS ARE FURNISHED. Every room comes with lock so you will have the key for your own room.
650.00/month, including cold water, hot water and HEAT, you just share electricity, internet fee, and cooking fuel with other 2 roommates, about 35.00 a month for each person.
First and last month's rent and security deposit.
One year lease is required.
