The official answer from ETS is A, so this puts an end to the
dispute.  I just did the new GMATPrep practice tests, this is in
one of the test, and the answer is A.   It did not give
explanation though.

第二题 A没错

第三题 主动一致排除BD, A 错, 后面那一句讲的是women, not work, 所以用many of them指代

这句话中，work是动词，意思是绝大多数的女性工作。them修饰women没有问题。其它四个选项都遭成了句子没有谓语的情况
