对于间接采购,公司经常采用战略伙伴关系(即在这种关系中,采购人员不需要寻找可替换的供应商),这样就不恰当地使供应商逃避了的严格的竞争筛选,而这种筛选是能够为采购人员提供价格谈判优势的。
