也看到论坛里有人跟我一样选的B,回答的人和上面详解中的说法一样,可我还是搞不明白,为什么B不对。我觉得这道题是说 人造脂肪会吸收重要的维生素,阻碍了人的吸收,所以有缺陷。可是人造脂肪是用来替代fat的,如果含有这种维生素的食物中没有fat,就不需要使用这种人造脂肪啊,那么说人造脂肪会阻碍人对这种维生素的吸收的缺陷也就无从谈起了啊。这才是一个很重要的gap吧。反而对于A,题目已经说这是个“essential vitamins”,所以吸收它会不会compensate人造脂肪“被建议用来替代fat从而减少fat带来的负面作用的”effect其实是无关的吧,不管它能不能compensate这种effect都无法改变“人造脂肪吸收了重要的维生素,阻碍了人们的摄入”的事实啊。
