简单明白的理解就是“剥夺睡眠疗法”。所以E的意思是如果用这种方法治疗，（病人就根本不可以睡觉），因为即使睡几分钟，忧郁症就会马上全部回来。（这怎么可能？除非人真的可以不用睡觉！）

既然这样，为什么题干突兀地用 yet来连接这两个句子。前面说“丧失一天的睡眠都会带来更多压力”，突然又来一句“剥夺睡眠疗法还是没有采用”。我在做这个题时，看到“丧失一天的睡眠都会带来更多压力”，我很自然地以为“应该用补充睡眠”来舒缓压力。

可否请你再帮我分析分析这个题目的逻辑思路？多谢

偶觉得还是阅读理解上的问题吧：

翻译：根据对61个对受严重忧郁症困扰的调查的回顾，大部分病人声称若一个晚上不睡觉，忧郁症状马上会消失。然而(Yet)剥夺睡眠的方法不被用来治疗忧郁症，即使传统的用药物或电击的治疗方法通常有严重的副作用。

提干的关键意思就是，即使传统治疗方法有副作用，也不用剥夺睡眠的治疗方法。言下之意就是剥夺睡眠的治疗方法有更多的副作用。
