选c.一开始选a.但仔细想了一下:

(1)既然文中明确提出了ZH是例子,并且从文中内容可以看出c说的是一个大概念,a不过是在patent＆innovation关系的基础上提出的一个延伸而已.

(2)如果文章的主旨是为了介绍或描述或建议一个新的研究结果的话,题目中总不该用discussing吧.

虽然我不是nn,但不知道能不能帮你.

第10题的意思应该是:下面哪个会削弱作者关于什么东西做为尺度来评判专利质量的主张?

文中作者在L36-44中认为应该用专利在技术文献中提到的次数来评判专利的质量,并且他认为一项专利被提到的次数少=专利质量不好.

如果选项中说提到的质量好的专利的次数,和提到不好质量的专利的次数相同,那么即一个专利被提到的次数多少并不能证明其质量好坏, 所以E削弱

当我把第一段作为解主旨题关键时，好像常犯错。

文中有Moreover, Z and H found that...显然，本文是在讨论一个study，分两个层次讨论，C太不全面了。

Q9，我选C，觉得A怪怪的，B,D,E必错。B文中未提及，D中主语不应是quality，而应是patent本身。

思路是这样的：先看一下选项，五个选项全部都提到了from 1982 to 1992，那么可以立刻判断出，文中的for example不是一个简单的例子，而是文章的写作对象。

在这样一个大前提下，很容易就可以得出A是正确答案。

C的范畴太大了。
