面试的一个傻问题--关于开场和礼仪请教

1、请问面试时进入考场如果有3、4个面试管该如何问好和开场白？是从左到右一个一个问候，还是从右到左？还是对全部大家说一声：HELLO，EVERYBODY！？

2、我主动伸手握手向每位考官合适吗？还是等他们伸手我再伸手？用握手吗？结束时用挨个握手吗？

1. Definitely don't use words like "everybody", it's too casual. You could say "good morning/afternoon", while looking around all three people;

2. Yes, shaking hands is always a good thing, be positive.
