我当时选的C，觉得它是无关选项。典型的ORANGE/APPLE
后来查以前的讨论帖，说C可以WEAKEN 结论The postal service is badly mismanaged.
但是没有任何CLUE说PRIVATE DELIVERY的PRICE高就可以推出MANAGEMENT很好或者不好，以和POSTAL的做比较啊。

而且E为什么不能WEAKEN呢？翻了3翻以上，可以是翻了3.5/4/10/100翻啊，所以不是因为MISMANAGEMENT而是INFLATION, 所以WEAKEN

哈哈, 我明白为什么是E了. E是support说post office做了bad management的. 因为CPI升3倍, 对比邮局的收费升10倍, 这样子邮局不是做得不够好吗. (升幅比通胀高)

我一看也选C了, 觉得无关. 但是现在看来, 如果你做得比competitor便宜, 这样也可以证明你做得好啊...

套用某牛人的一句话, 看到数字要留意. 这题可能很少人留意到那个数字...希望这个解释合理吧!

我觉得C 的意思是故意强调 FIRST -CLASS SERVICE。 实际上也是说 所有的服务都涨价了。
我开始也觉得是C. 但是一看题目强调的 MISMANAGE. 那这个通胀问题就应该不是考虑范围了吧。。。

What it says is that for the same service, the postal service is cheaper. Therefore, it is NOT mismanaged as the stimulus claimed.

(E) The average level of consumer prices overall has increased more than 300 percent over the last forty years.

Remeber, postal service is a SERVICE, not a PRODUCT. Thus, info about the consumer price overall has no bearing on the quality of the service industry. Irrelevant.
