做过类似工作，不过是在国内，也算是很幸运的在本科就接触到了第一手资料，客户很牛，招的人也很牛，学习到很多，和LZ讲的情况一致，无论是在美国、英国、香港，情况都基本一样。

楼主我想若若问一下另外就是CFA都是浮云，很少人会看的，大家不要在CFA这事上过于纠结。你这么说是什么意思？

I actually have another question, for the entry level( I know head hunting firms do not provide entry level recruitment, but from your understanding PLEASE), do you think if it is possible for the undergraduate(not famous or IVY) to get into the IBD (no matter 1st tier or 2nd tier)? Coz currently, I am looking for this kind of opportunity, I know there are some Graduate Training Programs in some of the IBD, but is there any tips or tricks in it? Also, would you mind sharing some tips for resume building? Thank you so much!
