Chicago Booth with $ 50000 vs Wharton

我一个同学，应该是去年买的，75万美元，他在San Diego。

我刚才那个例子，前提：三藩市东湾，银行屋～

湾区最便宜的房子，例如东湾richmond，两房一浴独立house，20万不到都可以买到。
湾区最贵的房子，例如sf pacific heights, 例如palo alto starnford 所在学区，2－300万的房子遍地都是。

房价永远是location location location。。要具体到学区方位地点大小新旧，很难一概而论。我只是举一个实例说明5w也可以做投资买房～

Hey there! This is a GREAT problem to have--I wish everyone were so lucky. Now, this is going to sting a bit. But if you wanna go into finance, Wharton is known to be juuuust a bit better than Booth. Now $50K is no joke! If you are pressed for money especially then you may wanna take the money and run, so to speak. But generally, Wharton over Booth. Especially since you will likely make that $50K back...in just a couple years. Thats our advice--and CONGRATS on all your success!
